Our objective is to create an opportunity for women and girls to learn from high-ranking women sensei, improve our kendo and foster friendship. This seminar is for women and girls of all ages and levels: the beginner non-bogu to the experienced international competitor.

- The SCKO Women's Planning Committee began with a question -
"How can we better support women in kendo?"
This unique women's seminar is designed to create an opportunity to improve kendo and foster friendship. It is presented by high ranking woman sensei’s expressively for women and girl kenshis of all levels.
We were very fortunate to have Tew sensei and Komorida sensei. Each brings with them a wide range of experience and a deep understanding of kendo.
Together we can foster a strong Women's Kendo Community.
